1. Introduction Thank you for visiting Wankelube. Please carefully review these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, as agreement to both is required to use our Service.

2. Definitions In this Agreement, certain terms are used, and it's essential to understand their meanings. This list is not exhaustive, and no definition should make the Agreement nonsensical: - "Wankalube" means our company, Wankalube, LLC; our Site; our Service; or any combination thereof, based on context; - "Agreement" means these Terms of Service; - "Service" means the services offered via our Site, including online private information services and the Site itself; - "Site" means our web properties on the Wankalube.com domain; - "User" means anyone using our Service, including general Site visitors; - "You" means you, the individual entering this Agreement with Wankalube.

3. What Wankalube Offers Wankalube designs and distributes skincare and related products.

4. Eligibility To use our Service, you must satisfy conditions including, but not limited to: - Not violating any embargoes, export controls, or laws of the United States or other relevant jurisdictions over this Agreement, Wankalube, or yourself. For instance, if the Office of Foreign Assets Control bars transactions with nationals, residents, or banks from your country, you cannot use our Service. - Being of legal age to contract in your residence, and at least 18 years old. - Providing personal information, payment details, and other data we require to deliver our Service.

5. Disclaimer Unless specified otherwise, no third-party manufacturer designs goods (e.g., electronic devices) for compatibility with our products and services. Wankalube provides no warranties or representations of proper function with your device, and you release Wankalube from liability related to using our goods or Service.

6. Rules of Use When using our Site or Service, you must not: - Violate laws of the United States, its states, or any foreign entity with jurisdiction over this Agreement, including countries, subdivisions (e.g., states or provinces), or municipalities (e.g., cities, towns, counties, or regions). - Post or send violent, threatening, pornographic, racist, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content, as determined by Wankalube. - Infringe intellectual property, defame, impersonate, or violate third-party rights. - Hack, crack, phish, SQL inject, or compromise the security or integrity of the Wankalube Site, Service, or Users' computers. - Resell our goods without prior written consent, or if such consent is revoked. - Engage in actions that harm Wankalube's reputation or violate any person's rights.

7. Payment, Shipping, and Refunds We process credit card payments through Stripe and accept PayPal. Wankalube does not retain credit card details for sales or subscriptions. Unless noted, prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is via UPS Ground to U.S. locations, with UPS Priority available for extra fees. We ship only to USPS-verifiable addresses. Refunds can be requested within seven days of receipt (per UPS confirmation). No refunds after that. Refunds are unavailable for damaged returned products unless unopened (e.g., refused damaged parcels). Provide photos of damage. You cover return shipping; we refund only product costs, not original shipping. Refunds apply only to Site sales; other platforms follow their policies.

8. Discounts Wankalube may offer coupons for discounts but is not required to. We may deny discounts for reasons including fraud, errors in information, financial issues, business sales, or others.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes If you initiate a chargeback or dispute against Wankalube, you are liable for the full amount plus reasonable attorneys' fees, collection fees, court costs, disbursements, and other enforcement expenses.

10. Our Copyright Our copyrighted works distinguish Wankelube from competitors. You must not copy, distribute, display, disseminate, or reproduce Site information without prior written permission.

11. Your Copyright To use User-posted content (e.g., photos, videos, text, audio, materials), you grant Wankalube a non-exclusive, universal, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, commercial and non-commercial license to use, distribute, sell, publish, and exploit it. You warrant your right to grant this and will indemnify and defend Wankalube against breaches. Do not submit designs or ideas for consideration via Site forms or otherwise; they will be confidential. We do not form co-design, co-inventor, or similar relationships via submissions. You agree Wankalube may use submitted designs or ideas without credit or compensation, deeming Wankalube the original owner. This prevents claims for independently conceived ideas. For incubation consideration, contact us to introduce yourself before disclosures.

12. Trademarks "Wankalube" uniquely identifies our Site, Service, and business. Do not use our marks or trade dress, or copy our site's look and feel, without prior written consent. This exceeds standard IP law, prohibiting competitive violations like starting a competing site or business.

13. Revocation of Consent We may revoke consent for using our IP or other permissions anytime. You must immediately cease use, even if it causes loss.

14. Copyright & Trademark Infringement We treat copyright infringement seriously and have a DMCA-registered Copyright Agent. For infringement claims, send to terms@Wankalube.com: - Your name. - Infringed party's name, if different. - Work name and description. - Infringing location on our site. - Good faith belief of unauthorized use, not permitted by law. - Sworn accuracy and ownership/right to sue, under perjury. Electronically sign and send. For trademarks, provide similar info; we'll address promptly.

15. Communications Decency Act Section 230 defends us against third-party defamation on our Site. We're not liable for User defamation, even with notice, but prohibit it and may act. Notify terms@Wankalube.com of defamatory content.

16. Representations & Warranties WE DISCLAIM MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU RELEASE US FROM LIABILITY RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR SERVICES, INCLUDING SERVICE FAILURE, NEGLIGENCE, OR TORTS. IF LAW LIMITS THIS, LIABILITY IS MINIMUM ALLOWED. WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY DAMAGES, E.G., IP INFRINGEMENT, DEFAMATION, TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR PAYMENT PROCESSOR FAILURES (E.G., PAYPAL, SQUARE, STRIPE) IN DIRECTING FUNDS OR HOLDS. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR GOODS/SERVICES FAILURES, DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR ACCESS ISSUES. SERVICE PROVISION DEPENDS ON AGREEING TO ALL SECTIONS; THIS DOESN'T LIMIT FIRST PARAGRAPH'S GENERALITY. For non-limiting jurisdictions: Liability is minimized by law, not disclaiming for negligence-caused death/injury, fraud, or unlawful exclusions. For required release statements (e.g., California): You waive Civil Code §1542 and similar provisions.

17. Indemnity You indemnify and hold us harmless from claims related to this Agreement or Service, including Site/goods use. Defend us, pay for our chosen attorneys, fees, costs, disbursements. We may settle; you're liable as if tried.

18. Choice of Law Governed by Texas laws. Offer/acceptance occurs in Texas.

19. Forum of Dispute Disputes heard solely in competent Texas courts, preferably Small Claims Court if eligible. Split eligible/non-eligible claims to proceed in Small Claims. Waive excess damages or remedies (e.g., injunctions) to stay in Small Claims. If not followed, we may dismiss; you pay our fees/costs/disbursements. Unsuccessful party reimburses successful party's fees/costs/disbursements.

20. Force Majeure Not responsible for uncontrollable events, e.g., acts of God, war, riots, terrorism, strikes, embargoes, disruptions, processor unavailability, infrastructure failures, shortages.

21. Severability Unenforceable provisions severed; Agreement remains. Wankalube elects in conflicts.

22. Non-Waiver Non-enforcement isn't waiver; we reserve rights.

23. Termination & Cancellation We may terminate access without explanation (striving for notice). Refunds limited to undelivered paid amounts, unless your breach (no refund then). No liability for User-related losses, including post-termination.

24. Assignment of Rights No assignment without our consent; we may assign freely.

25. Amendments We may amend; check page each use. Continued use accepts amendments.
